Order Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared within 2-5 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends, holidays, supplier delays, and high-volume periods.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery is planned as a cross-border small-package service. Estimated delivery will vary by destination, carrier conditions, customs, and seasonal volume. Do not treat any displayed estimate as a guaranteed delivery date unless Shopify checkout states otherwise.

Shipping Areas

The first launch should prioritize the United States. Additional countries should only be enabled after shipping rates, restricted-item rules, taxes, and return handling are confirmed.

Shipping Cost

Current draft product prices include a standard shipping-cost allowance for planning. Final shipping settings may be updated before launch, including free standard shipping, a free-shipping threshold, or checkout-calculated shipping.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided by email when a supported tracking service is connected and the order ships.

Delays and Lost Packages

Carrier delays, customs holds, address issues, and tracking gaps may occur. Contact support if tracking has not updated for an unusual period. Replacement, refund, or reshipment decisions are reviewed case by case.
